Upon arrival, I found the room had broken cabinets and two lights were out. The promised breakfast was not available, which was disappointing. The toilet deadbolt was also broken, leaving me feeling unsafe during my stay.

extremely disappointed, a so-called 'accessible room' wasn’t even available for me. can you believe i had to take a shower without a proper space? also, no lobby to lounge in, just a corner with stale muffins. honestly, i almost thought about leaving a glowing review, but woudl ve been so untrue.
